7pm Yin Yoga by the pool followed by floating in the pool

Day 6

9 am closing Yoga by the pool
10 am closing meditation

Everything listed is included in the retreat

Snacks, Tea, Coffee and light refreshments will be provided (which you can have for breakfast). There is also a car park included at the accomodation in the event that you rent a car.

In your free time you can take a trip to the beach, to Mount Teide or to go for a little rambling hike :)
